Shreyas is a very good and reliable driver. We stayed in Coorg for 3 nights and 4 days and Shreyas was there with us all along, and he took us to all the sightseeing spots proactively. His behaviour is very good and his VW Ameo is very spacious, clean and comfortable. He drives safely and responsibly. I would totally recommend Shreyas and Usedrive to everyone out there. Kudos!

Driver was great. Car again was disappointing - We can understand that during festive season we can’t get bigger car but the one we had didn’t have seat belt point. Saving grace was car has speed lock of 80 kmph

The car was not clean and the driver having less know-how about the place we visited. Although the driver was a well behaving person but still we had difficulty communicating regarding the plans to visit different places.

Trip was good, but the driver not understood the route within city Silk board to Brookfield - he drive till kr puram rly station and made us few kms extra in that early morning hours. We thought he knew as started in that route that day morning with our guidance. In a place we paid toll 110/= as fastag not having enough balance. Another thing i got here, I need to get a refund pf 1600/ but extra kms exactly equals to that amount. . . ??? He took us thru nice road which may increase the no. Of kms.

The first driver dropped me 50 km before the destination. The second driver who was supposed to drop me to Bangalore airport charged extra 200 when I asked what was the KM run he said 200 km where as the package was supposed to be 280km. Not a good service.

We had a harrowing experience with the driver provided by you. He was arrogant, stubborn and intimidating. On the last date he created a big scene by refusing us to drop us at our residence. He took us to to a nearby petrol station and locked us outbb by of the car Ethel luggage and refused to open up till we made the balance payment and the diesel charges. Then he dumped us at the petrol station and walked away. This is criminal behaviour. Pl blacklist him before he spoils the reputation of your company completely.
